“Guided By God”

 Psalm 32:8-11 

I. The Lord’s promise for guidance

1. The source of the promise is almighty God.
2. The value of the promise depends upon the character of the One who made it.
3. The promise covers everything we need to know to make the right choice.
   • Instruction (verse 8)
   • Teaching (Verse 8) (John 16:13)
   • Counsel (Verse 8)
   • Protection (Psalm 145:20) (Psalm 91:11)

II. The Lord warns those who will not listen

• Do not be stubborn (Verse 9)
• The sorrows of the wicked are many (Verse 10)

III. God blesses those who will listen

• Lovingkindness shall surround them (Verse 10)
• They will be glad and rejoice (Verse 11)
